Joint-Stock Company "GRAZINA BUCKIUNIENE AND PARTNERS" was registered December 15, 1998. The following services are provided:

audit (licence number 184);

tax accounting consultations in person and by phone (subscriber's service);

the evaluation of the financial state of a company;

verification of the financial and tax accounting according to Republic of Lithuania standard statues;

accounting rehabilitation for the companies with inadequate standards;

accounting management.

The company employs experienced and high qualification auditors. That allows to perform all orders professionally. We are performing financial audits according to the International Auditing Standards (IAS) and National Auditing Standards (NAS). We are giving tax consultations and evaluating companies accounting state. The evaluation report is very affordable and useful for the owners and the managers of the companies. It gives an exact evaluation of the state of accounting in the companies. We are counselling on internal record keeping. The correctness of the tax calculations makes the companies more secure in terms of budget.
We are performing financial analysis and money flow report. That allows for the owners and the managers to know why "there is some gain, but no money". We determine the inventory and the customers debt. Besides the above mentioned services we are helping to reinstate and up to date accurate accounting. According to the contracts, our specialists are managing and representing accounts in the State Tax Inspection and SODRA.

After the new AB statue comes into force starting July, 2001, majority of the companies are required to have mandatory auditions. It would be beneficial for the owners to make arrangements and order audits early, this way they would have wider selection of available auditors. It would allow the auditors to make thorough analysis of activities of the companies, and to present the accurate conclusions.
